Gov. Newsom kicks off 'Clean California' Day

Gov. Newsom is kicking off the $1 billion "Clean California" initiative in an effort to expand the state's beautification efforts and provide thousands of jobs for people experiencing homelessness, at-risk youth, veterans and artists.
