COVID vaccination underway for select Tulare, Kings County inmates

The vaccination process for the coronavirus is underway for over 100 senior and high-risk Tulare and Kings County inmates. Tulare Sheriff Mike Boudreaux says in the long term, vaccinating inmates could have an impact on public safety.
