Construction to begin on Firebaugh senior housing complex

It's the week of groundbreakings - two for the Fresno Housing Authority . The authority was in Firebaugh on Thursday to turn the dirt on a 30-unit senior housing complex at P and 13th streets. Now called Firebaugh Gateway Apartments, the authority will build one- and two-bedroom apartments will universal design elements to accommodate residents with physical needs. On Tuesday, the authority broke ground on the first phase of a 128-unit multifamily apartment complex in southwest Fresno that is al
