CHP officer could avoid criminal conviction for deadly Fresno County collision

CHP officer Bradley Bowman, who ran a stop light and ended up killing a Fresno County man, could avoid a conviction on his record. His defense says he has qualified immunity since he was doing legitimate law enforcement work at the time.
