Cedar Heights affordable apartments open in southeast Fresno

Preston Prince, executive director of the Fresno Housing Authority, introduced Cedar Heights, a 14-unit, low-income apartment complex, as a place that private landlords should aspire to during a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Tuesday, July 19, 2016. Many Fresno landlords have been taken to task lately over their less-than-ideal apartment complexes, many of which contain mold, rats and insect infestations.
