Boy, 13, Arrested For Driving Stolen Car While Drunk

Looking in his rear-view mirror, the deputy saw five people running away from a Honda Accord that had spun out of control. Within a half an hour, three were found hiding in a railyard nearby. A California Highway Patrol officer then tested the boy and found him to be intoxicated. The boy and two other teens, a 17-year-old boy and a 17-year-old girl, have been arrested and are facing charges of vehicle theft and possession of stolen property. The 13-year-old boy is also facing DUI charges.
