Arms experts say the Turkish-made Zoraki 925 has been converted from a blank-firing gun to a real sub-machine gun by criminal gangs in the Middle East, Europe and Canada. According to the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, Jesus Velazquez conducted business as a gun merchant from the Third Street Barber Shop in southeast Fresno.
