Air quality report finds a sharp uptick in pollution, with these Central CA cities among hardest-hit

The US saw the highest number of "very unhealthy" and "hazardous" air quality days between 2018 and 2020. The cities that were most polluted by year-round particle pollution were all in California with these Valley cities topping the list.
