5 Bay Area counties enacting stay-at-home order

Five Bay Area counties are moving ahead of California's regional stay-at-home order. Alameda, Contra Costa, Santa Clara, San Francisco and the City of Berkeley shut down and added new restrictions. Marin County will join the order on Tuesday.
