135 neglected animals seized from Fresno no-kill shelter

FRESNO Animal welfare advocates have seized 135 animals from a Fresno no-kill shelter after they were found to have been severely neglected. The Fresno Bee reports that the Central California Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals took 132 dogs and three cats from Noah's Friends Animal Sanctuary.
