Texas 5th Court of Appeals Justice Killed in Wrong-Way Crash: Royse City Police

A long-serving Texas 5th Court of Appeals justice died Saturday night after his vehicle was struck by a suspected drunken driver in a wrong-way crash, Royse City police say.
