Neighbors Say Change Needed At Frisco Intersection Where 5 People Have Died Within A Year

FRISCO, Texas (CBSDFW.COM) – Two Frisco siblings are now facing manslaughter charges for a crash that left two people dead last month.
Police say they were driving at speeds over 90 mph in an area known for speeding.
From his porch, Chuck Johansen heard the crash clearly.
“I just heard the explosion.. like a bang.. and I knew what happened,” he said.
