Zay bill targets prescription middlemen

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) -- While Indiana legislators have focused much of their attention on hospital prices during the first half of the 2025 session, State Senator Andy Zay (R-Huntington) has taken a different route to save the state money.Zay wants to better regulate Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) in Indiana's state employee health plan and the Hoosier Medicaid plan.
