Winds weakening, higher temps coming

Today's afternoon highs reached the upper 40s in Fort Wayne, but conditions stayed colder to the north (mid-upper 30s) with higher temps south. Highs around Marion and Hartford City have been close to 50°.For tonight, the amount of clouds in the sky decreases and, then, increases, again. One system is moving out and another is moving closer, causing the fluctuation in cloud cover and our wind speeds are decreasing, too. Evening temps fall out of the 40s and through the 30s. Our lowest early
