Whitley County hosts first annual Skeleton Festival

COLUMBIA CITY, Ind. (WANE) — Skeletons took over downtown Columbia City today at the Whitley County Skeleton Festival.The festival featured over 50 vendors, a street festival, chili cook off, raffles, a live band and more.Prizes were given out to businesses and residents for the best decorated skeleton in town.Proceeds from the event went to benefit the 88 Foundation, a non-profit organization raising awareness to the issue of teen suicide.The 88 Foundation is locally run by Columbia
