What stores and restaurants are open on Labor Day 2024?

(NEXSTAR) — Labor Day, the unofficial end of summer is, unfortunately, here. If you're on the road or missing a cookout ingredient as you celebrate Labor Day, here's what will - and won't - be open on September 2.
Right out of the gate, we can say that you won't be getting any mail on Monday. The U.S. Postal Service observes Labor Day, taking the day off. Most services offered by UPS, FedEx, and Amazon are also unavailable. Banks will close for Labor Day too, but ATMs will, in most cases,
