Warsaw police find driver who fled fatal crash; victim identified

WARSAW, Ind. (WANE) - Authorities in Warsaw have identified the Canadian woman who died in a fatal crash early Monday morning.The woman was identified Thursday as 37-year-old Prescilla De Barros Irmao from Wasaga Beach, Ontario.Police also said they have identified the other driver, who was accused of fleeing the scene. According to the release, both the driver and passenger were minors, so their names are not being released.
