Silver Alert declared for missing Decatur man

DECATUR, ind. (WANE) The Decatur Police Department is investigating the disappearance of Gary L. Pontsler, a 70-year=old white male, 6 feet 0 inches tall, 220 pounds, with brown hair andblue eyes. He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and blue jeans.  Gary was last seen on August 17, 2024 at 5:00 AM.  He is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.    If you have any information on Gary L.
