Reliable internet access planned for eastern and southern Allen County

ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WANE) -- Lakeland Internet started out with the intention of improving internet service in Steuben and LaGrange counties.Now the company wants to bring cheaper and more efficient broadband internet to about 6,000 homes in eastern and southern Allen County. At their weekly legislative meeting today, the Allen County Commissioners unanimously approved a $36,000 contract with Lakeland to conduct a feasibility study for a six-commercial tower build out in the affected a
