(WANE) -- A proposal to relocate the downtown Taco Bell is now in the hands of Fort Wayne City Council.At Monday night's business meeting, the Fort Wayne Plan Commission sent forward the rezoning and primary development plan to city council, for the downtown Taco Bell location to be moved to a vacant lot caddy corner to the current location.
