Person questioned in coach’s death ordered released

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) A man once considered a suspect in the shooting death of a Fort Wayne Community Schools educator and coach in May 2017 has been released from custody.
An Allen Superior Court judge on Friday ordered Henry E. Underwood released from custody because state law requires defendants be brought to trial within six months. Underwood was arrested during a traffic stop in early June on and charged with false informing and carrying a firearm with a prior felony conviction. He’
