One man is dead, lanes closed following I-69 crash

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) -- Police are investigating a crash that left one man dead early Monday morning.According to the Fort Wayne Police Department (FWPD), police began receiving calls on reports of a single vehicle crash around 2:50 a.m. Early reports were that a vehicle had hit the median near exit 313 on I-69 northbound.
