Murder charge filed in 2015 killing

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) A Fort Wayne man has been charged with murder in a 2015 fatal shooting.
Xavier M. Miller, 22, was charged Thursday in Allen Superior Court with murder, felony murder and robbery related to the Sept. 26, 2015, death of Porter Billians inside a vacant house in the 6200 block of Kent Road, east of Calhoun Street and south of Paulding Road.
