More snow before cold blast hits

Weather-related closings and delays continue. Here's the list.Conditions are cloudy and breezy with westerly gusts up to 25 mph. The potential for scattered snow remains.Travel conditions gradually improve over the upcoming days. Some slick spots Thursday, due to lake effect snow. Friday morning travel will be better than Friday afternoon, when snow returns to the area.
Thursday's forecast is another cloudy one. Westerly winds blow in off of Lake Michigan and produce some scattered snow showers.
