Monthslong road work extended until January on Carroll Road

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - Road work on a stretch of Carroll Road is lasting longer than anticipated, county officials announced Thursday.The work at the intersection with State Road 3 on the northern edge of Fort Wayne began in August and has been extended to Jan. 10 at 5 p.m., according to the Allen County Highway Department.E&B Paving is working on Carroll Road from SR 3 to Shearwater Run.
