Marlin Stutzman declares victory for Indiana's 3rd Congressional District seat

INDIANA (WANE) -- While the race has not officially been called, Marlin Stutzman declared victory Tuesday as Indiana's 3rd Congressional District seat winner.The Republican faced off against Democrat Kiley Adolph and Libertarian Jarrad Lancaster in the polls.
