Market rate one-bedroom apartments called Urban Nest planned for Waynedale

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) ---Local developers plan to bring market-rate, smaller apartments to Waynedale, hoping to break ground this fall.Urban Nest, so named because one of the developers, Jerad Harlow, said it sounds “cozy,”  will offer up to 20 one-story, one-bedroom, one-bathroom, one-garage units on 1.2 acres at 2711 Lower Huntington Rd.Harlow, part of Waynedale Ventures, said the units will be rented between $1,100 and $1,200 and the renter will be responsible for utilities
