Man identified and arrested in TJ Maxx attempted kidnapping

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) -- A man has been arrested and preliminarily charged after attempting to kidnap a 13-year-old girl in TJ Maxx Monday night.
In a press release from Fort Wayne Police Department (FWPD), Friday, 19-year-old Caleb Rush was arrested and preliminary with Criminal Confinement, a Level 5 Felony and Battery to Minor under 14, a Level 6 Felony.
Rush was initially wanted for walking up behind a 13-year-old and putting his arms around her while she was shopping at TJ Maxx — at
