Man faces 45 years in prison after pleading guilty to murder and attempted murder

30-year-old Tyshawn Morris pleaded guilty to his role in a June 2024 shooting that injured one and killed another. By taking this deal, Morris will have his additional charges of two counts of Criminal Recklessness and a firearm enhancement dismissed.
If the judge accepts his plea deal, he will serve 45 years
