Man charged with attempted murder in southeast side car chase, shooting

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - A 19-year-old Fort Wayne man is accused of being involved in a car chase and shooting last month that left a 17-year-old in life-threatening condition with a bullet lodged under his skin by his skull.
