FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE)— Media were given a first look at the construction progress on the new Allen County Jail off Meyer Rd. Friday.The precast concrete walls were almost completely up on the northern side of the building. All of the walls will be up by mid-June, Brent Winebrenner, senior project manager for Weigand Construction, said.
