'Long Term Plan' for new jail will be delayed: Allen County Commissioners

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - Legal wrangling from citizens opposed to the construction of a new jail will now cause a delay to the "Long Term Plan" in actually building the proposed facility, according to Allen County Commissioners.
