LEARN Resource Center behind on donations for annual backpack giveaway

NEW HAVEN, Ind. (WANE)— The LEARN Resource Center has less than two weeks until their annual backpack giveaway, but they are behind in donations compared to last year's event.The most needed items right now are backpacks, pens, pencils and folders, according to Sharon Wilson, executive director of LEARN Resource Center.
