(WANE) - With their season on the line, the Komets put together their most complete performance of the playoffs with a 6-1 win over the Iowa Heartlanders.The Komets scored the opening goal for the first time all series thanks to veteran forward Alex Aleardi. The Fort Wayne native buried his fourth goal of the playoffs at 14:27 to give the Komets a 1-0 lead. After a holding call on Blake Murray, the Komets flipped the script on the ensuing penalty kill with a short-handed goal. N
