Kentucky woman identified as I-69 crash fatality

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - The woman killed in a crash that hurt two passengers after the vehicle they were in drove off I-69 near Union Chapel Road in northern Allen County Wednesday morning has been identified.
Following an autopsy, the Allen County Coroner's Office determined that the driver of the vehicle, Megan Hazzard, 24, of Louisville, Kentucky died from multiple blunt force injuries and her death was ruled an accident.According to the Allen County Sheriff's Department, the crash took pla
