Judge holds hearing on release of sealed documents in Delphi suspect case

CARROLL COUNTY, Ind. -- A hearing Tuesday morning will likely determine whether documents outlining the case against Delphi murder suspect Richard Allen will be unsealed.Special Judge Fran Gull of Allen County will oversee the hearing on the possible unsealing of the probable cause affidavit in Allen's arrest.Allen, 50, was arrested on October 26 for the 2017 murders of Delphi teens Libby German and Abby Williams.
