Judge denies motion to name victims in Luers lawsuit

After a hearing on November 14, the defendants filed a motion to "unmask the Plaintiffs" in the lawsuit, citing several Indiana laws and precedents, including the Indiana Constitution's open courts requirement, as well as two Indiana trial rules.
