ISP Master Trooper with Fort Wayne Post dies 'unexpectedly'

According to an online obituary, Master Trooper Todd Allen Reed, 51, died unexpectedly at his home.
Born and raised in Columbia City, Reed was appointed as a state trooper in December 1999 and also served in the U.S. Army.
