ISP, FBI arrest Illinois men with outstanding warrants in Kosciusko County

The Indiana State Police (ISP) collaborated with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to serve a search warrant that ended in the arrest of two Illinois men with outstanding warrants.
