IOSHA investigating death at Amazon facility

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE/AP) - The Indiana Occupational Safety and Health Administration (IOSHA) is investigating the death of a worker Monday at an Amazon fulfillment center in Fort Wayne. IOSHA opened the investigation Tuesday. It's not known how long that investigation could take.
On Wednesday, the Allen County Coroner's Office released its autopsy report which indicated the worker death was caused by blunt force injury and it was ruled an accident.
