Indiana bill introduces legal THC limits for driving under the influence

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) - Under current law in Indiana, a driver could be charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated if any measurable amount of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) is detected in a suspect's blood. However, a new bill could create a legal limit for THC in a driver's system.House Bill 1119, authored by representatives Wendy McNamara and Steve Bartels, would change the law to state the offense is committed if the driver has at least five nanograms of THC in their saliva as iden
