Indiana bill introduces legal THC limits for driving under the influence
HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) - Under current law in Indiana, a driver could be charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated if any measurable amount of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) is detected in a suspect's blood.
