House fire sends up smoke on Fort Wayne's south side

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - The Fort Wayne Fire Department is putting out the flames at a home south of downtown Friday afternoon.The fire started around 4 p.m. at a home on the corner of Oliver and Greene streets, near Bunche Elementary School.The home appeared to be among a row of three houses; the extent of the damage has not yet been determined.It's unclear if anyone was injured, or how the flames ignited.This story will be updated as we learn more.
