Hicksville fire victim identified while cause still unknown

HICKSVILLE, Ohio (WANE) The person found dead after a Saturday night fire in a building that housed apartments above a restaurant in Hicksville, Ohio has been identified.
The Hicksville Police Department identified the victim Tuesday afternoon as 77-year-old Neil Bickhard.
