Gusty winds will continue through late afternoon

The much anticipated powerful weather system is here and the biggest problem will be the winds which will gust over 55 mph through much of the area today. Winds will still be gusty through the late evening and finally begin to subside overnight. There are wind advisories and warnings in place throughout the region today.
