Growing 'smartly': FW City Council expands, progresses All in Allen Comprehensive Plan

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) Fort Wayne neighborhoods shared the spotlight at Tuesday's city council meeting.Council members unanimously approved the expansion of the 'All In Allen Comprehensive Plan' to include plans for East Central and Northwest neighborhoods, as well as 10 ordinances rezoning many Waynedale neighborhoods."This is an exciting time for our city," Councilwomen at-large Michelle Chambers said. "I think this is a good representation to see things rolling out with the commitment that c
