Garrett shooting victim identified, son held for murder

GARRETT, Ind. (WANE) A Garrett man is facing charges after his father was found shot to death inside a home in Garrett Tuesday afternoon. The DeKalb County Coroner’s Office has ruled it a homicide and identified the victim as 45-year-old Keith Allen Secrest.
