FWPD: Standoff ends with arrest of man threatening explosives

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — Early Sunday morning, the Fort Wayne Police Department (FWPD) responded to reports of an unwanted man at a home in the 3200 block of Dinnen Ave.Upon arrival, the man fled into the basement and barricaded himself inside. While inside, police said he threatened them with explosives and said that he would shoot them.
