FWPD: Pedestrian hit by car after walking into street, driver not arrested

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) - The driver of a car that hit a pedestrian has not been arrested after police determined the man "suddenly" crossed in front of the vehicle Wednesday morning.Police initially said the man walked into the road and was hit by a car on West Main Street around 6:30 a.m. that morning.
