Fort Wayne Plan Commission approves St. Joe road development despite neighbors' uproar

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) -- The Fort Wayne Plan Commission has approved the development of new townhomes off St. Joe road, despite public outcry.
After causing an uproar with the neighboring homeowners, the Fort Wayne Plan Commission approved the development of 70 townhomes in the 7400 block of St Joe Road. This approval will allow for 70 market rate, one to two-bedroom units to be built on 8.36 acres of wooded area.
