Fatal crash in Williams County

WILLIAMS COUNTY, Ohio (WANE) — The Defiance Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash in Williams County that left one person dead on Sunday.The crash happened at 3:18 p.m. on County Road I-50 east in Jefferson Township. 89-year-old Gerald Bogan, from Bryan, Ohio, was driving east on County Road I-50 in a 1998 Lincoln Towncar. Bogan crashed while trying to turn, driving off the left side of the roadway striking a tree. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
